Jezus powiedział do swoich uczniów: «Wy jesteście solą ziemi. Lecz jeśli sól utraci swój smak, czymże ją posolić? Na nic się już nie przyda, chyba na wyrzucenie i podeptanie przez ludzi.
Wy jesteście światłem świata. Nie może się ukryć miasto położone na górze.
Nie zapala się też lampy i nie umieszcza pod korcem, ale na świeczniku, aby świeciła wszystkim, którzy są w domu.
Tak niech wasze światło jaśnieje przed ludźmi, aby widzieli wasze dobre uczynki i chwalili Ojca waszego, który jest w niebie».
«SÓL I ŚWIATŁO»
Św. Mateusz w dzisiejszej Ewangelii mówi o roli, jaką powinni spełniać uczniowie Jezusa w świecie. Jezus posługuje się dwoma symbolami: solą i światłem.
„Wy jesteście solą dla ziemi”. Sól symbolizuje czystość. Starożytni Rzymianie mówili, że jest najczystsza, ponieważ pochodzi od morza i słońca. Sól nadaje smak. Bez soli potrawa nie ma smaku, jest mdła, nieużyteczna. Soli potrzeba wprawdzie niewiele, aby obiad stał się smaczny—a jednak bez choćby szczypty tej przyprawy traci smak. Sól jest także środkiem konserwującym, chroniącym od zepsucia.
Prawdziwi uczniowie Jezusa są solą ziemi. Jest ich mało, a jednak mają przeogromny wpływ. „Mała trzódka”, jak nazywa ich Jezus, przenika cały świat. Jednak sól może utracić swój smak. Jeżeli uczniowie Jezusa stracą miłość do swojego Mistrza, jeżeli będą uczniami w rejestrze, a nie w sercu, to ich wpływ na świat będzie znikomy.
Jednym z grzechów współczesnych uczniów i uczennic Jezusa jest grzech „spokojnego życia”. Ulegamy wygodzie, kompromisom, fałszywemu zadowoleniu czy złudnemu(«świętemu») spokojowi. Jest to życie chrześcijańskie bez soli, bez smaku–takie „jałowe”. Niczego nie mówi. Nikomu nie przeszkadza. Jest bojaźliwe, raczej uspokajające–niż prowokujące. Oparte na ludzkich kalkulacjach i układach. Tymczasem chrześcijanin nie może być „nieszkodliwy”. Ba—musi zapalać, a czasem powinien stać się nawet znakiem sprzeciwu! Wiara powinna być wirusem, który zaraża—a nie „szczepionką”, która uodparnia, zobojętnia i „wyręcza” Pana Boga. Pozytywność tego preparatu to nie eksperyment, który proponuje nam świat, uciekający od problemów w ziemskie metody uodpornienia się od „nieszczęść”—lecz żywe komórki ufności w Bogu. Jego „choroba” to w istocie błogosławieństwo i to również dla naszej duszy. Pandemia wiary daje nadzieję i wiarę, że tylko przez prawdziwą(nie „ustawioną”) miłość Boga i bliźniego, dojdziemy do zdrowia duszy i ciała. Reszta «zabiegów» jest bezcelowa i szkodliwa…
„Wy jesteście światłem świata”. Uczeń Jezusa staje się światłem w świecie, gdy najpierw sam czerpie ze źródła światła. Nie ma dwóch źródeł światła: z jednej strony Jezus–a z drugiej uczniowie. Jest tylko jedno Światło Świata i prawdziwe źródło światła: Jezus. Ale Jezus chce „świecić przez swoich uczniów”, którzy kontynuują Jego dzieło w historii. Stąd naszym zadaniem jest stawać się tak czystymi i przejrzystymi, by Jezus mógł „przez nas świecić”. Jednak–żeby świecić najjaśniej–musimy stanąć w pełnym świetle Jezusa i Jego nauki, przekazując ją dalej. Na nic się zda unikanie odpowiedzialności, stronienie od trudności „wspinania się na górę”, gdzie światło daje największy blask. Dlatego głosiciel Ewangelii Jezusa musi być przygotowany na wszelkie wichry i deszcze zniewag oraz braku zrozumienia, a nawet wrogości. Te przejawy nienawiści nie pochodzą od Boga, lecz są dziełem szatana, zazdrosnego o posłuch…
W mądrości wschodniej możemy przeczytać: „Kiedy zakwita kwiat lotosu, pszczoły z własnej woli zlatują się z wszystkich stron na zbieranie miodu”. Chodzi tylko o to, aby lotos zakwitł. Podobnie powinno być w naszym życiu. Jeżeli pozwolimy, by ono kwitło darami Jezusa: dobrem, życzliwością, miłością, mądrością, pokojem, nadzieją, radością etc.– to nie będziemy musieli nic więcej czynić. Inni sami, jak pszczoły, przyjdą aby od nas czerpać…
Czy nadaję smak memu życiu i życiu ludzi, którym służę? Czy jestem świadkiem Jezusa w świecie? Czy raczej moje życie staje się powoli bezużyteczne, zwietrzałe, godne wyrzucenia i podeptania przez ludzi? Czy jestem światłem odbijającym Prawdziwe Światło czy raczej skupiam uwagę na sobie? Czym „kwitnie” moje życie?

Jestem praktykującym katolikiem,który dostąpił w swoim życiu wielu łask Bożych–przede wszystkim głębokiego nawrócenia i uzdrowienia(w cudowny sposób)przez wiarę i modlitwę.
Uczestniczyłem w różnych rekolekcjach–od ministranckich po REO we wspólnotach religijnych.Złożyłem świadectwo”dotknięcia”przez Pana Boga do Wspólnoty”Poznanie Jezusa”w moim mieście.
Pragnę przyprowadzić do JEZUSA wszystkie dusze–a zwł te,które są daleko od Niego.
